Wetherill Park Occupational Health Practice is a mixed billing practice. Independent practitioners vary their fees depending on the type of consultation and the services provided. Most practitioners offer bulk billing for eligible patients, including pensioners, healthcare cardholders, and children under the age of 16.

Any Wound review will incur an out of pocket fee of $25

Bulk Billing Available

  • All patients with a Medicare card or eligible concession card
  • Bring your card on your 1st visit

No Medicare card

  • Patients without a valid Medicare or concession card will pay a private fee

Allied Health, Dental, Specialists, non-standard services

  • Private fees may apply
  • All private health funds accepted
  • Fees paid on the day of appointment
  • Major credit cards & EFTPOS
  • Surcharge may apply for all Credit Card and Debit Card payments.
  • Some services can be claimed under WorkCover, CTP claims consultations, a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Mental Health Care Plan

  • To discuss your test results, Reception cannot give these results to you for privacy reasons
  • For referrals, letters or repeat scripts

To transfer your medical record to another medical practice we need

  • An authorised request form from you or your new medical practice
  • Your signed consent and proof of identity
  • Payment of the administrative fee. You will be contacted by our team and advised the fee
  • Up to 5 weeks to process
